I was given some bonus points when I recently bought a Dell laptop.

Apparently they are only good for 6 months.

So a bit like air miles but even less useful.

Cheers

Put them towards a second PSU? I guess their real purpose is to be
harvested by corporate buyers to spend on their own kit...

USB C PSU so nothing special.

Checked and there is just over £15 in value, and is valid for 4 months
from the purchase.

I can convert into Dell money but I'm not sure how that helps.

Udders and bulls spring to mind.

Cheers

Surely you don't expect them to realise that having just bought a new
laptop, you're unlikely to buy another one for several years?

Dell are exactly like a sofa company. The interwebs notice you've
recently bought a sofa so they bombard you with sofa adverts.
